·  Prepared a technology roadmap and budget estimates to transform the entire suite of Examination applications.  Activities included management of high-level requirements gathering, gap analysis, business case development, and risk identification.

·  Managed Scrum-based delivery of a mission critical application to support day-to-day resource scheduling utilized by a user community of 800. 

Member Regulation Systems – Merger Integration Projects

Managed and facilitated multiple merger integration projects with annual staffing budget of $2+MM
